TikTok is packed with makeup inspiration – especially when it comes to trying out the go-to beauty looks of our favourite celebrities. And next up? It’s Kendall Jenner.
Kendall’s typical makeup look usually emphasises her almond-shaped eyes with winged out looks, with pouty lined lips and lifted cheekbones. We’re not surprised the search term ‘Kendall Jenner makeup’ currently has 244.1 million views on TikTok (and counting).
One creator, @glowbyflow, recreates a look from Kendall’s (brief, but beautiful) red hair era, leaning into those warm tones. “Ever since I went auburn I knew I needed to do this!” she captioned her video, in which she adds a baby wing to her eyes with black eyeliner, and creates a brown glossy lip.
Meanwhile, TikToker Bella Lövkvist recreated one of Kendall’s more signature smokey looks. By dragging out a brown eyeshadow towards her brow bone, she created a lifted look with statement brows, making sure to add black eye pencil on the upper and lower waterlines and lashlines (with Kendall’s go-to wing, of course). “That’s the most important part to this makeup look,” she said.
To finish, most Kendall Jenner makeup tutorials have the same thing in common – her slightly over-lined lip liner, to create a fuller, rounder pout. Choose from taupes to browns to mauvey pinks, depending on which Kendall you want to be.
Kendall Jenner shared her actual beauty routine with Vogue back in 2020, which involves DIY face masks and frozen face rollers. She also spoke about her experiences with acne, describing it as “brutal, for a moment” – adding that her current skincare routine seems to have solved the problem.
As for makeup, Kendall favourite foundation is Chanel’s Vitalumière Fluid (£45), teamed with the RCMA contouring palette for concealer. She uses cream sticks for contour and blush, and powders down any unwanted shine, before bronzing using the Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess powder.
She admitted she feels “incomplete without a lip,” revealing her secret lip liner combo to be Kevyn Aucoin’s ‘medium’ lip pencil and Armani’s Smooth Silk Lip Liner in shade 12. “I love a good plumpy lip, so I usually slightly overline,” she said. She then dabs a little lipgloss on the centre of the lip – her collab with Kylie Cosmetics, of course – et voila.
