Olivia Culpo hit the pink carpet at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Tuesday in a sultry look that combined two popular trends: structured tailoring and innerwear as outerwear.
The model and former Miss Universe selected an oversize black blazer featuring a statement floral lapel pin, layering it over a lacy bra, high-waisted underwear and sheer тιԍнтs. She accessorized with patent leather pumps, a box clutch and diamond earrings.
Culpo currently works with stylist Jennifer Mazur, who also dresses stars such as Camila Cabello and Sofia Richie.
Culpo wore her brunette tresses in a slicked-back style, while her makeup consisted of a brown smokey eye, rose-mauve blush and a matching lip.
Earlier this year, Culpo released a collaborative swimwear collection with the Miami-based brand Montce.
“I discovered the brand years ago and immediately fell in love with the fit of their pieces,” Culpo told WWD in March. “It’s a family-owned business, which I love, and we had a great time collaborating together.”
At Paris Fashion Week in September, lingerie-inspired looks, as well as powerful tailoring emerged as two of the season’s most popular trends according to buyers. Labels including Balenciaga and Chloé sent boudoir-ready designs down the runway, while Saint Laurent and Stella McCartney, among others, proved that strong suiting is still en vogue.
After a six-year hiatus, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is back. The 2024 spectacle airs live on Prime Video and across the brand’s YouTube, Instagram and TikTok channels. Former Angels such as Tyra Banks, Alessandra Ambrosio and Taylor Hill will walk the runway alongside new faces like Paloma Elsesser and Devyn Garcia. Cher, Tyla and Lisa of Blackpink are the evening’s musical guests.
