In an interview with Harper’s Bazzaar, Kendall admitted that she loves to eat unhealthy things. She loves grilled chicken, fried chicken and everything with rice. She’s also a pasta fanatic. “I always make sure to go out to eat with friends one or two days a week where I indulge in dinner and my favorite foods ,” Kendall revealed.
That’s why Kendall’s diet has caused a lot of controversy. However, staying in shape doesn’t just depend on diet, it also comes from exercise.
“I have some cardiovascular issues, so instead of working out too much, I just like to stand in place and lift weights, or run on a treadmill. To work my abs and ʙuтт, I do squats and planks,” she shared.
She doesn’t train too hard, she only works her abs and glutes.
Drink lots of water, eat lots of vegetables
As someone who has had many problems with acne, Kendall revealed that drinking lots of water is one of her beauty and fitness secrets. “I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep my body going. Peanut ʙuттer, potato chips, carrots, etc. are indispensable in my daily meals… just eating these things, my body is always ready to work at full capacity. I have a few super simple recipes. The ingredients available in my kitchen are garlic, peas, grated Parma ʙuттer and pasta,” Kendall added.
Kendall’s go-to snack is vegetables. “For me, vegetables are a snack. I wish I had more time to go to the market because I like to pick out my own vegetables for my meals ,” the beauty born in 1995 said.
Sunbathing habits
On her personal page, Kendall also shared that on her free days, she often spends 20-30 minutes sunbathing. It is known that morning sunlight also helps a lot in losing weight because the sun’s rays can shrink fat cells under the skin’s surface.
