Blac Chyna was late, uncooperative and unprofessional during a recent deposition in her suit with the Kardashian family, according to the reality TV family’s legal team.
The 31-year-old’s conduct in the September 24 was at the center of numerous complaints raised by lawyers in new docs in the case, TMZ reported, as they said she didn’t cooperate with their questioning, and had to be coached by her own legal team in her responses.
Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, arrived to the planned seven-hour deposition more than and hour and a half late, lawyers said in the docs.
The Washington D.C. native irritated Kardashian attorneys by using her lawyer’s office as a backdrop for a pH๏τo shoot ‘during the lunch break,’ which ate into more time in the critical meeting.
Kardashian attorneys said the reality star, who’s featured on Zeus’s The Real Blac Chyna, had even planned for the time-consuming shoot to happen the day of the deposition, as she brought a wardrobe suitcase to her lawyer’s office.
The results of the aforementioned shoot were posted to Instagram October 5 in a trio of sH๏τs depicting the mom-of-two – to son King Cairo, seven, with rapper Tyga, and and daughter Dream Renée, two, with Rob Kardashian – in black leather dress as she posed in a high-rise office.
‘Stepped in the office to handle some business,’ she wrote in the captions on one post, writing on another, ‘Miss Independent @fashionnova.’
In her suit, the salon owner claimed that the Kardashian family had threatened to pull Keeping Up With The Kardashians off of the E! network if they didn’t end her spin-off show Rob & Chyna, which aired for one season in the fall of 2016.
‘The entire family will come after you if you leave, using their fame, wealth and power to take you down, including getting your television show cancelled (despite great ratings),’ and ‘spreading lies about you,’ she said in the suit she filed last year, according to TMZ.
