Chyna is well-known for her love of using a waist trainer and attributes her tiny mid-section to the controlling corset.

She scraped her tresses into a slick high ponytail while rocking flawless make-up to best highlight her stunning good looks.

The stunner was flanked by pals as she strutted out of the mall while laden down with bags and clutching her iPhone.

She appeared carefree for her outing as she emerged after recently figuring out her custody arrangement with ex-fiance Rob Kardashian, who finally could stop paying her $20,000 a month in child support.

Yet she is now being sought after by her former landlord for breaking her lease. The former exotic dancer is being sued for $48,000, according to TMZ on Tuesday, for five months unpaid rent and damages to the property.

Chyna – whose real name is Angela White – reportedly left the rental property in Studio City, California, with five months to go on the lease and didn’t pay the remainder of her contract.

The mother-of-two rented the 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million house from April 2017, and the landlord claims that she was contracted until March 2019, according to the website.

However, she reportedly moved out in November 2018 and stopped paying rent. According to the lawsuit, Chyna owes $55,546 for the 5 months of unpaid rent.

The landlord – who is Michael Kremerman according to The Blast, subtracted her $25k deposit, reports TMZ, but is claiming $18k in damages because she removed ‘fixtures and equipment’ from the home.

The total claim is for $48,546, according to the documents obtained by the tabloid, plus interest and attorney’s fees.
