BLAC Chyna’s latest body transformation efforts have seen her pump iron, run hundreds of miles, and lift weights in her gym.
A bodybuilding expert has warned the influencer is at risk of “overtraining” as she struggles to “strategically” work around the silicone left in her ʙuтт.
Blac Chyna, 35, has been sharing her latest workout routines on Instagram and showing a somewhat transformed shape.
Through March, the former reality TV star posted clips of her weight training regimen.
The model, born Angela Renee White, lifted heavy dumbbells and barbells, pulled machine weights, and ran.
“Look at that definition Ang,” wrote one fan.
“The muscles are giving,” added another.
Weight training expert and bodybuilder Angel Rivelles claimed parts of the mom of two’s body had started to look more “natural.”
Blac Chyna began reversing years of plastic surgery in 2023.
She dissolved filler in her face, reduced her silicone breast implants, and tried to remove illegal silicone injections from her ʙuтт.
Speaking on The Jason Lee Show, she also said: “I’m just changing everything about me, It’s a ᴅᴇᴀᴅ end. All that stuff is a ᴅᴇᴀᴅ end, and I know that I’m worth way more than that.”
“Blac has now removed the filler in her face and her larger silicone breast implants,” Rivelles told The U.S. Sun.
“The weight training may give her a slightly more natural appearance.
“But we must not forget that Blac’s illegal ʙuттock silicone has still not entirely been removed.
“To achieve Blac’s current ʙuтт shape, it is impossible with just the weight training.
“If I said that she will not increase her ʙuтт even more with weight training, I would be lying.”
Blac Chyna did not ever need any cosmetic surgery to get a beautiful body.
Angel Rivelles
Revelle warned Blac Chyna against using heavy weights.
“If Blac is bearing a very high load, she will certainly have to be more careful,” she said.
“Higher workouts with load can increase the pressure on the silicone and cause discomfort.
“Blac’s body does not show signs of steroid use.
“But to improve training performance, supplementation is essential, so she supplements.
“We can see now that as a baseline, Blac Chyna did not ever need cosmetic surgery to get a beautiful body.”
Blac Chyna has been exercising to change her body shape since her $62,000 makeunder was almost complete in 2023.
Her intense weightlifting workouts appear to be focused on her ʙuтт and legs.
Rivelles claimed the model has adopted a “strategic approach.”
“Blac Chyna has been investing all her time and energy into functional training,” she said.
Blac’s routine is for increased lean muscle mᴀss and a specific body look.
Angel Rivelles
“This is combined with weight training and lifting.
“The strategic approach and combination of exercises offer a comprehensive and effective way to enhance body strength and functionality.
“Functional training emphasizes multi-joint and functional movements that mimic everyday activities.
“Blac’s training also hopes to promote stability, balance, and mobility.
“Her routine incorporates weight lifting, squats, push-ups, and free-weight exercises.
“Weight lifting is the most significant part of Blac Chyna’s routine.
“If done with care, this provides additional benefits such as increased lean muscle mᴀss and a specific body look, which she wants to get.”
Chyna, who sH๏τ to fame as Nicki Minaj’s former body double, has admitted to plenty of surgery through the years.
It is hard not to get addicted to something that is yielding results, as Blac can see her body changing in the mirror.
Angel Rivelles
She had four boob jobs, liposuction, and silicone ʙuтт injections when she was 19.
“I was just trying to alter my body to this perfect image that doesn’t even really exist,” she told Chris Cuomo on NewsNation.
At the time, she also shut down her OnlyFans account and changed her name.
Rivelles warned Blac Chyna, who lives in California with her 7-year-old daughter, Dream, and her 11-year-old son, King, that she was now at risk of overtraining.
“Blac Chyna may be at risk of overtraining, which can happen to many,” she said.
“It is hard not to get addicted to something that is yielding results, as she can see her body changing in the mirror.
“The hormones are being released, and the feeling of well-being.
“She will not want to stop and will always want more.
“This can be similar to a cosmetic surgery journey.
“Weightlifting is undoubtedly an addictive activity for several reasons and can be an addiction like any other.
“When I was competing, I was never satisfied and always wanted more and more.
Blac may always want to change her body which may lead to more drastic interventions and even a return to plastic surgery.
Angel Rivelles
“The other issue is that nowadays, many women have lost their essence due to aesthetics and cosmetic surgeries.
“In this case, weightlifting and training have offered Blac Chyna lifelong results.
“At the start, this promotes and boosts health, unlike surgery, which has an expiration date and is dangerous.
“Weightlifting promotes physical and mental health more naturally.
“It is sustainable, while surgery poses a significant risk.
“Blac Chyna may always want more change to her shape, so total personal satisfaction for her may never be achieved.
“This may eventually lead to more drastic interventions and even a return to plastic surgery.”
