Meanwhile, Blac Chyna is currently in a legal battle with the Kardashians.

Her ex-boyfriend and father to her daughter, Rob Kardashian, along with sister Kim and mom Kris have decided to fight her lawsuit against the family.

According to a report from TMZ on Wednesday, the Kardashians have filed legal documents asking that a judge toss the case from Rob’s ex.

The former love interest to rapper Tyga claimed in a lawsuit that the Kim, Rob, and Kris sabotaged her reality show.

The famous family claim that it was due to the 29-year-old Lashed founder’s domestic violence restraining order against Rob, which made it impossible to film interactions between the two for the program.

Back in September, Chyna and Rob settled their custody battle as the youngest Kardashian sibling offered $20K a month in child support if his ex would also drop the domestic charges against him in return according to TMZ.

Last month, Chyna had dropped her case against Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner from the list of defendants.

However Kim, Kris, and Rob were still named in the suit.

Chyna is also mom to five-year-old son King Cairo, who she shares with Kylie Jenner’s ex Tyga.
