DEMI Rose Mawby has been spotted having a splashing time in Cape Verde as she indulged in a day of playful fighting with a pal.

The Instagram star and DJ hit the island of Sal for the day with her friend, and showed off her famous bum in a black ʙικιɴι as she strolled along the shore.

Her friend was seen picking up mud and rubbing it into her pal’s backside to “exfoliate” the famous ᴀsset as they played in the ocean, before they lazed the day away by soaking up the sun in the water.

The pair soon found themselves in trouble however after being told to stop digging up the mud from the bed of the salk lake in order to aid their beauty regime.

Demi wore a black crochet ʙικιɴι for her day at sea, and the skimpy two-piece barely covered her behind as she went for a stroll.

The star, who boasts a 24 inch waist and 26 inch hips, told The Sun Online the secret to enviable figure is is “genes, a hell of a lot of hard work and dedication in the gym and a good well balanced nutritious diet.”

She’s trained by Dean Delandro, owner of HD Personal Development and Reset Yourself Ltd , and will be attending one of his European fitness retreats later this year.

He said: “Demi’s progress has really skyrocketed in the last two months with her new training programme.

“I currently train her 4-5 times per week depending on her workload and always squeeze a Saturday morning class together at Barry’s boot camp or equivalent.”
