Kim Kardashian had fans begging: “Are you okay?” as she wowed in a series of ʙικιɴι sH๏τs taken on vacation in Turks.

The reality star wowed in a tiny black thong and soaking wet white t-shirt tied up into a bra as she showed some skin in the shallows of the ocean. Adding tiny silver belts around her waist to draw attention to her low-slung bottoms, Kim turned her head away from the camera and let her soaking wet hair trail into the water.

But it was a later snap that had fans confused and a little worried for Kim, as she looked as though she was preparing to dive right into the shallowest part of the water, risking an injury. She bent her knees and looked set to propel herself forward – risking her head hitting the sand.

Thankfully she seemed uninjured in later snaps, wetting her hair in the sea while her white top turned see-through to give fans a glimpse of the black ʙικιɴι bra she wore underneath. She stripped out of the top completely to float like a starfish on her back in the shallows, framed by palm trees and a perfect blue sky.

Kim didn’t caption her snap, though her sister Khloe rushed to comment: “I can’t handle the H๏τness.” Fans, however, were left fretting, with one posting: “Why is she diving in knee deep water?” Someone else agreed: “Nah did she just dive in the shallow end?”
