Blac Chyna is getting into shape with the help of an unlikely source – her daughter Dream.
The reality star, 35, incorporated her six-year-old into her sled push workout as she exercised in her backyard on Tuesday.
As Dream sat relaxed on the sled, her mother pushed her limits by moving the heavy device across a black mat.
After Chyna completed a round of the sled push workout, Dream congratulated her mother with a thumb’s up.
Chyna displayed her athletic figure in a black sports bra and shorts. Her feet were slipped into trainers and tall black socks.
The sled push workout is an excellent workout that engages the quadriceps, glutes, calves, hamstrings, and more, according to Healthline.
Benefits include a calorie-burning workout that can improve speed and boost endurance.
That wasn’t the only exercise Chyna underwent that day.
She did squats across the pavement with a balance trainer in hand before moving onto lunges and weightlifting.
Chyna shares her daughter Dream with her ex-boyfriend Rob Kardashian, along with son King Cairo, 10, with her rapper ex Tyga. She has previously shared videos of her working out with Dream.
Chyna recently reconnected with God, which has inspired a dramatical physical and mental make-under which has seen her dissolve her fillers and quit her ‘degrading’ OnlyFans career.
The reality star has also recently celebrated being ’10 months sober.’
On Sunday, she continued showing off her incredible transformation as she performed weight leg curls in a skimpy sports bra and shorts.
She also donned a bonnet, worn to sustain and protect texture the hair’s texture while building up a sweat.
Chyna captioned the post: ‘Mind, Body, and Soul all combined there endless possibilities. Be safe God bless you all’.
It comes after she opened up about her healthy co-parenting relationships with exes Rob Kardashian and Tyga while raving about their ‘really smart’ children.
Despite previously alleging in a tweet that she is a ‘single mother’ with no support’ last year, the former reality star confirmed that she is in a good place with both her baby daddies.
While referring to her once contentious relationship with Kardashian, 36, the mom-of-two told ET: ‘I feel like with everything, time heals everything, and people change, and situations change.’
After locating at ‘the situation for what it is’ and putting their daughter Dream, six, first, they’ve managed to find a successful path to putting their child’s needs ahead of their own.
‘And also too, let’s not leave out King and also co-parenting with Michael (Tyga) too, with King, so I feel like, as long as my kids are good and happy on both sides, that’s all I care about as a parent,’ she added referring to her former fiancé, 33, and their 10-year-old son.
Chyna (born Angela Renée White) described both her kids as intelligent and having ‘common sense.’
‘They’re like the sweetest people, like little people, so they’re gonna be good, just them in general. I don’t ever worry when they go over to the other parents’ house,’ she gushed.
While speaking about Rob’s older sister, Khloe Kardashian calling herself Dream’s third parent on an episode of The Kardashians, which aired last month, the model said she understood.
